Politica de retur – România
Acceptăm retururi conform legislației în vigoare din România. Termenul legal de retur este de 14 zile calendaristice de la data primirii comenzii. Vă rugăm să păstrați ambalajul original! Cheltuielile de retur (cu livrare urmărită/tracked) sunt suportate de către cumpărător.
După procesarea comenzii, nu mai pot fi efectuate modificări sau anulări.
Condiții pentru acceptarea returului
Puteți returna un produs în termen de 14 zile de la primire, cu condiția ca:

produsul să fie neutilizat, nedesfăcut, cu sigiliile intacte (acolo unde este cazul);
-
să fie returnat în ambalajul original, inclusiv în cel de prezentare dacă acesta face parte din produs (ex: seturi cadou, ambalaje speciale);
-
să respectați politica noastră de retur.
Cheltuielile de retur revin în sarcina clientului, iar acesta este responsabil de ambalarea corespunzătoare a produselor pentru transport.
Politica de rambursare
Ne dorim ca fiecare client să fie mulțumit de achiziția făcută. La primirea produselor, aveți dreptul să le inspectați. Cu toate acestea, în perioada în care decideți dacă păstrați produsele, aveți obligația legală de a le manipula cu grijă.
Produsele returnate trebuie să ajungă în stare perfectă, fără semne de utilizare sau deteriorare, împreună cu ambalajul original, în stare intactă.
În cazul în care produsele au fost deteriorate în perioada în care s-au aflat în posesia dvs. sau în timpul returului, ne rezervăm dreptul de a reține o parte din sumă pentru acoperirea eventualelor pierderi sau reparații.
Pentru comenzile returnate în termen de 14 zile, vă vom rambursa integral suma achitată (exclusiv costurile de livrare inițiale), folosind aceeași metodă de plată. Veți primi un email de confirmare a rambursării.
În cazul în care produsul este returnat după expirarea celor 14 zile (cu excepția produselor defecte sau deteriorate), ne rezervăm dreptul de a respinge cererea de retur și de a vă retrimite produsul, cu plata unui nou cost de livrare.
Excepții
Produsele pot fi returnate doar dacă:

sunt în stare originală, nefolosite, nedeschise, cu ambalaj intact;
-
sigiliile nu au fost rupte (acolo unde există).
❗ IMPORTANT: Din cauza specificului lor, nu oferim retur sau rambursări pentru CURSURI (fizice sau digitale).
Return & Refund Policy – UK
Returns accepted accordingly with UK law. Please keep original packaging! Buyer pays return tracked postage. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once your order has been processed.
If you want to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened, unused, any seals remain unbroken and in its original packaging including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed gifts and gift items by following our refund policy. The return postage is at the client’s expenses.
Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items when you receive them. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Therefore, please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them (this also includes the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed gifts and gift items). You must ensure that should you return the goods; you return them in their original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you wish to return.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
If you wish to return an order or items from your order purchased from our website you may do so within 7 days to our Head Office from the day you receive the goods and we will refund you in full (excluding any delivery charges) via the original payment method used. An email will be sent confirming the refund. It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods and also to ensure that the goods are adequately packed.
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase by post or courier after the 7-day period, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund in full. We will instead return your purchase to you and prior to sending it out, we will charge you the delivery fee that is applicable to the product purchased and the location to which your returns will be delivered.
Please note: items can only be returned within our refund policy providing it is in its original condition (including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed gifts and gift items) have not been worn, opened or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken.
Please take in consideration, that due to the type of the product, we do not offer any type of refund for the COURSES.
