Toate comenzile sunt procesate și expediate în termen de 1 zi lucrătoare de la confirmarea plății. Livrarea se face prin curier rapid Sameday, cu tracking inclus și predare personală la destinație.
Cost livrare: 18 lei (TVA inclus), oriunde în România.
Timp estimat de livrare: 1-3 zile lucrătoare.
Recomandare: Pentru a evita costuri suplimentare, vă sfătuim să plasați toate produsele dorite într-o singură comandă. Nu putem grupa comenzi separate.
Comenzile sunt livrate doar după confirmarea integrală a plății.
După expediere, nu se mai pot face modificări sau anulări.
Dacă refuzați primirea coletului sau nu îl ridicați, costul transportului nu va fi rambursat.
În cazul returnării coletului din cauza unei adrese greșite sau incomplete furnizate de client, taxa de livrare va fi pierdută, iar retrimiterea coletului va presupune achitarea unei noi taxe de livrare.
Nu suntem răspunzători pentru eventualele întârzieri cauzate de curier sau de factori externi (ex. condiții meteo nefavorabile, greve etc.).
Dacă un produs este indisponibil, veți fi contactat(ă) pentru înlocuire sau rambursare.
Dacă un produs ajunge deteriorat, evaluarea se face individual, în funcție de starea ambalajului și conținutului.

Shipments
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within one day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or other couriers with tracking and drop-off with signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Products will be delivered first class recorded by Royal Mail or Parcel Force/ DPD/ UPS/ DHL or another courier.
Delivery times vary, please allow 1-3 working days. If any strikes from couriers occur, it can take up to 14 working days for your parcel to be delivered. While in transit, no changes/no cancelling can be made to your order. Please note that if your order is shipped and you refuse/ignore receiving it, cost of the transport will be handled by the customer.
Out of stock items will be replaced or refunded, after you will be contacted. Products will only be delivered once full payment has been received. We will not be held accountable for any delays in delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that we can claim a parcel as being lost, only after 14 working days after it has been dropped off at the courier. Meanwhile, no refund, no exchange, no other order can be sent to you, until we do not receive a clear answer from the courier that your parcel is lost.
When paying with PayPal please ensure the delivery address is the same as the address you used for the order on our website, we will only ship to the address approved by PayPal.
We are not responsible for addresses that are written wrong/incomplete in the system. Please note that in this case, cost of shipping will be lost and for parcels that we receive back you will get refunded or your parcel will be resent to the correct address provided.
Unfortunately, we do not delivery to The Channel Islands or British Forces Post Office addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.

Mistyped postcodes/addresses
We do not assume if you mistype your postcode to result in a cheaper shipping price. If we notice the mistake, we have the right to hold your parcel back and request the outstanding price to be paid. If we do not notice the mistake and we send the parcel to a wrong postcode, we do not offer any refund for the parcel or for its delivery price, as it is not our direct fault!
For example, if you enter ‘FK1 78AB’ instead of ‘FK17 8AB’. (FK1 is charged standard rate, FK17 is higher rate)
Please note only those orders’ postcodes will be checked for typo errors that are being sent to a special zone. We do not check typo errors for those orders from standard rate zones therefore if you do overpay due to entering your postcode wrong, we will not necessarily notice this mistake. If you realize the error you need to notify us immediately by phone/SMS! We do not offer any refund for the parcel or for its delivery price, as it is not our direct fault!

Returns accepted accordingly with UK law. Please keep original packaging! Buyer pays return tracked postage. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once your order has been processed.
If you want to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened, unused, any seals remain unbroken and in its original packaging including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed gifts and gift items by following our refund policy. The return postage is at the client’s expenses.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All the goods damaged during transport (damaged box, shrinked, leaking bottles, etc.) that can still be used without affecting the quality of the product, and that have more than 3/4 of the content, will not be refunded/resent. Sorry about any inconvenience caused. We are trying our best to pack them very well.

If you wish to return your order outside of the cancellation time period specified above, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
